I was appointed by the Superior Court to assume the responsibility to oversee the sale of a residence in Rancho Santa Fe, CA. arising out of an action for partition of the property. The interested parties had been engaged in lengthy and bitterly contested litigation leading to this action. My first responsibility was to engage a real estate agent to list and market the property.
